Indiana Vs. Penn State: Nittany Lions Visit Assembly Hall For Big Ten Contest

The Penn State Nittany Lions men's basketball team visits Indiana's Assembly Hall for a Big Ten contest (noon ET).

The Penn St. Nittany Lions hit the road Sunday, as they visit the No. 11-ranked Indiana Hoosiers and Assembly Hall for a Big Ten men's basketball contest (noon ET) in Bloomington, IN. The Nittany Lions (10-10, 2-5 Big East) are trying to stay out of the league basement, while the Hoosiers (15-4, 3-4) are looking to snap a three-game losing streak.

Two weeks ago, Penn State almost knocked off Indiana at home. However, junior guard Jordan Hulls nailed six 3-pointers and tallied a collegiate-best 28 points to lead the Hoosiers to a 88-82 victory. Since then, Indiana has dropped games to Minnesota Golden Gophers, Ohio St. Buckeyes and Nebraska Cornhuskers, respectively.

Meanwhile, the Nittany Lions are coming off an upset victory over No. 22 Illinois Fighting Illini, 54-52. Junior guard Tim Frazier tallied 12 points, including the game-winning shot with eight seconds left to down the top 25 favorite and snap three-game losing streak.

So far this season, Frazier paces Penn State in scoring averaging 17.9 points per game. In the last meeting against the Hoosiers, Frazier netted 21 points.
