St Joe's Vs Dayton Recap: Red Hawks Snap Skid With 77-63 Win

St. Joseph's Red Hawks snapped a three-game losing streak on Wednesday night. They beat the Dayton Flyers by a final score of 77-63. The win keeps the Hawks' hope alive in the Atlantic 10 race.

Ronald Roberts, Jr. led St. Joe's with 27 points off the bench. He was 10-for-11 from the field and sunk seven of nine free throw attempts. He added three rebounds, one assist and two steals in the effort. It was only the second time this season that Roberts score 20 points or more.

The Hawks' leading scorer, Carl Jones, was held to just eight points, but he kicked in four rebounds and eight assists to help his team. Langston Galloway was one of four players to score in double digits with 10 points.

The Hawks are now 203 over their last five games. They own a 13-8 record for the season and a 3-3 record in the Atlantic 10. St. Joe's travels to face Temple on Saturday.
