The Philadelphia Eagles open as 4 point favorites over the Detroit Lions who will travel to Philadelphia for this Week 6 clash. The Eagles suffered a 16-14 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on a last second field goal by Shaun Suisham. At 3-2, the Eagles are tied atop the NFC East with the New York Giants. Following their bye week, the Lions enter Week 6 at the bottom of NFC North with a 1-3 record.

The total for the match up between the Eagles and Lions is 47.5, and features two potentially explosive offenses. The Eagles have been held back by quarterback Michael Vick's penchant for turnovers as he's coughed the ball up 11 times already this season. Eagles running back LeSean McCoy remains a dangerous weapon out of the backfield but has managed just one rushing touchdown in 2012.

Lions star wide receiver Calvin Johnson is averaging over 100 yards per game but has found the end zone just once this season. Quarterback Matthew Stafford has gotten off to a slow start this season with just three touchdowns and four interceptions through four games.
