Jrue Holiday only missed twice from the field while dropping in 27 points to give the Philadelphia 76ers a win in their first preseason game.
Holiday started hot and nailed three of his four attempts from downtown. Although the rest of the starting lineup didn't really help out - Jason Richardson, Evan Turner, and Spencer Hawes combined to shoot 5-for-26 from the field - Nick Young kept the pressure on, also going 3-for-4 from deep and finishing with 22.
Glen Davis and Nikola Vucevic were the guys for Orlando, each tallying double-doubles while the Sixers' starting bigs, Kwame Brown and Hawes combined for ten rebounds.
Brown was filling in for an injured Andrew Bynum, scoring eight points on only three shots. Other than that, Doug Collins played pretty much a regular rotation, although undrafted rookies Maalik Wayns did play 23 minutes. Arnett Moultrie, the rookie drafted in the first round out of Mississippi State, only played three, tallying two points on a pair of free throws.
