Eagles RB Dion Lewis will make his 2012 debut today after being inactive for the first 4 weeks of the season. Lewis did carry an injury into the first week of season, but has been a full participant in practice the past month and was simply passed on the depth chart by rookie Bryce Brown.

But Lewis will happy to make his first appearance this year in the stadium where he played his college ball. Lewis & LeSean McCoy in the Eagles backfield recreates 2008 combo Pitt employed at Heinz Field.

The Eagles inactives for today are Trent Edwards, Riley Cooper, Chris Polk, Akeem Jordan, Steve Vallos, Nate Menkin and Vinny Curry.

Interesting to note that King Dunlap is active, but Demetress Bell will start at LT. Riley Cooper was suited up and participated in warmups, but it looks like he'll have to wait another week. Good news for the special teams is that Colt Anderson is back.
