The Philadelphia 76ers will be without their leading scorer and point guard tonight, as the team announced Jrue Holiday would be out with a left foot injury. Holiday is averaging 18.4 points per game while also dishing out 8.9 assists per contest. He had started every 76ers' game this season before being ruled out of tonight's game against the Indiana Pacers in Indianapolis.
The 76ers also announced their starting lineup for this evening's game via Twitter. Evan Turner, Jason Richardson, Nick Young, Thaddeus Young and Kwame Brown will fill out the starting five for the 76ers this evening.
This game might be the most even matchup record-wise the 76ers have played all season. Philadelphia is currently holding on to the eighth spot in the Eastern Conference at 12-10 on the year by one game over the Pacers, who are 11-11 on the season. Tip off from Indianapolis is less than 30 minutes and you can watch on Comcast SportsNet.
