All Philly area college basketball teams will be in action this weekend.
The packed slate of Saturday games begins with the Sears BracketBusters game between Drexel and Cleveland State at 11 a.m. in Cleveland at the Wolstein Center. Drexel enters the game on a 14-game winning streak. Cleveland State is 20-7 this season. Howver, the Vikings are on a three-game losing streak. This will be the first meeting between the teams.
Later on Saturday at 9 p.m., Villanova hosts No. 23/25 Notre Dame at the Wells Fargo Center in a Big East matchup. The Wildcats probably will be without two starters (Maalik Wayns and James Bell) for the game against the Irish, head coach Jay Wright said on Friday (via Villanova).
