Drexel Vs Cleveland State: Dragons Look To Continue Incredible Run

Drexel looks to extend its 14-game winning streak against Cleveland State during ESPN's BracketBusters event on Saturday.

The Drexel Dragons look to continue their torrid blitz through the Colonial Athletic Association on Saturday morning when the Dragons visit Cleveland State for a rare 11 a.m. tip off as part of ESPN's BracketBusters event, which is designed to pit mid-major programs with NCAA tournament aspirations against one another. Drexel (22-5, 14-2) has now won 14 straight outings, the most recent against William & Mary (5-23, 3-13) on Wednesday. The Dragons' streak looked to be in serious jeopardy when they trailed by a point with 3:30 remaining, but Frantz Massenat scored 10 of their last 12 points and Drexel escaped with another victory. Massenat finished with 22 points and eight assists as Drexel remained perfect at home with a 12-0 record.

Cleveland State (20-7, 10-5) has dropped three in a row after a five-game winning streak to fall to second in the Horizon League standings. A balanced Vikings offense is paced by Trevon Harmon's 12.3 points per game.
