St. Joe's Vs George Washington: Hawks Travel To Colonials

St. Joe's looks for its third straight win Saturday afternoon against George Washington.

The St. Joe's Hawks look for their third consecutive victory on Saturday afternoon when they visit the George Washington Colonials for a 4 p.m. tip off. (Comcast SportsNet)

St. Joe's has pieced together back-to-back wins and four out of five to climb into sole possession of fifth place at 7-5 in the Atlantic 10 Conference. The Hawks held serve at home against Massachusetts last Saturday, 73-62, and followed that with an 80-69 road win against Rhode Island. Carl Jones paced the latter win with 28 points, C.J. Aiken added 18 and Langston Galloway also reached double figures with 16.

George Washington edged Richmond 69-67 last Saturday to snap a five-game losing skid. The Colonials are paced by Tony Taylor, who leads the team with 13.6 points and 4.5 assists per game.
