Drexel Vs. Cleveland State Final Score: Dragons Win 69-49

After defeating the Cleveland State Vikings at the Wolstein Center on Saturday, the Drexel Dragons have now won 15 consecutive games. They torched non-conference opponent, Cleveland State, by a final score of 69-49.

The Dragons had six of their eight players score at least eight points, led by freshman guard, Damion Lee, who recorded 18 points on only six shots. Drexel got to the free throw line 14 more times than Cleveland State while holding the Vikings to 27 percent shooting for the game.

Vikings guard, Trevon Harmon scored a game-high 23 points, but needed 26 shots to reach his total. He finished the game by converting only nine of his 26 shots. He was 5-12 from beyond the arch and 0-1 from the free throw line.

Drexel has two games remaining during the regular season – both conference games, against Old Dominion and James Madison. The Dragons will need to win both to keep pace with co-conference leader, Geroge Mason. Both teams are 14-2 in conference play.
