The green flag drops for the Subway Fresh Fit today at 3:15pm eastern at Phoenix International Raceway. Coverage will begin on FOX at 2:30. Mark Martin won his second pole at Phoenix and his first as a member of Michael Waltrip racing. Tony Stewart, the defending Cup champion and the #2 qualifier, said he wasn't surprised to see Martin doing well with his new team.
''You look at Mark Martin, it doesn't matter whose car he drives, he's good in it,'' said Stewart. "To me, it's cool to see stuff like this where you've got a guy like Mark that has bounced around to different organizations and he's been fast and won races at everywhere he's been.''
