The Masters 2012 Odds: Tiger Woods Leads The Field Once Again

It's finally here: Masters week. The grass is green and the flowers are in full bloom in Augusta, Ga., just in time for the most prestigious tournament of the year.

The buildup will be even bigger than usual with Tiger Woods coming off a brilliant win two weekends ago in the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Not surprisingly, he's the odds-on favorite to take home another green jacket.

Woods is a (4/1) favorite, according to Las Vegas Sports Betting.

Rory McIlroy comes in behind Woods in pretty close proximity sporting (11/2) odds with Phil Mickelson rounding out the top three with (11/1) chances.

Hunter Mahan made a nice push after winning the Houston Shell Open over the weekend and now has (28/1) odds.

As for the local guys, Sean O'Hair, who resides in West Chester, Pa., comes in as a serious long shot with (125/1) odds. Jim Furyk, born in West Chester, is looked upon in a better light, coming in at (80/1).

It all starts Thursday morning in earnest for a chance at hollowed glory.
