2012 Masters Leaderboard: Jim Furyk Finishes Round Two At 1-Over

Jim Furyk took a step back during the second round of the 2012 Masters Tournament from Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.

After shooting a 2-under-par, 70 on day one, the West Chester native shot a 1-over-par, 73. Nevertheless, Furyk's 1-under-par overall score has him sitting in a tie for 18th place in the tournament. Furyk did have birdies on 2, 3, 10 and 15 today after only having two birdies on Thursday. He birdied on 2 for the second straight day. Furyk's bogies came on 1, 7, 9, 14 and 17 after no bogies on day one. Furyk is also tied with West Chester resident, Sean O'Hair after two rounds.

The shock of the tournament is so far is seeing 52-year-old Fred Couples tied for the lead after a 5-under-par (67) outing on Friday. Couples is also 5-under for the tournament. Couples is ahead of other notables such as Tiger Woods (1-over after nine holes on Friday), Rory McIlroy (4-under after Friday's round) and last year's champion Charl Schwartzel (1-over after ten holes).
