Players Championship 2012 Leaderboard: Matt Kuchar Leads At 12-Under, Jim Furyk Finishes Tournament At 3-Under

West Chester native Jim Furyk finished his round on Sunday at the 2012 Players Championship at 1-under-par. Furyk finished the tournament at 3-under-par.

For the tournament, Furyk shot 72-70-72-71. He birdied on 2 and 13 on Sunday and shot a bogey on 8. He is currently tied for 26th. Furyk finished ahead of past Players Championship winners such as Tiger Woods (1-under-par), K.J. Choi (missed cut), and tied with 2010 champ Tim Clark and 2007 champ Phil Mickelson. Furyk's best finish at the TPC at Sawgrass was third in 2006.

Matt Kuchar currently leads Martin Laird by one shot at 12-under-par for the tournament. Kuchar has played eleven holes on Sunday and Laird has played 15 holes. Kuchar is 1-under-par on the day.
