Robby Albardo, the jockey who was scheduled to ride Hard Not To Like in the Kentucky Oaks, has been arrested, according to a report.
Robby Albarado had been scheduled to ride Hard Not To Like today in the Kentucky Oaks, among other mounts. Unbelievable.— Pat Forde (@YahooForde) May 4, 2012
From the Courier Journal:
Borden said a decision about Albarado's mounts Saturday will be made later.
Last year Albarado was charged with assaulting his wife, but charges of domestic assault and wanton endangerment were dismissed and he pleaded guilty to interfering with a witness, a Class A misdemeanor.
Albarado was not scheduled to ride in the Kentucky Derby, nor is Hard Not To Like. Below is a video analysis of the 2012 post positions from SB Nation's YouTube channel.
