Phillies Vs. Nationals, Game 2: Preview, Game Time, TV Schedule And More

The Philadelphia Phillies dropped game one of their series with the Washington Nationals on Saturday, losing 4-3 in extra innings. They'll look to bounce back Saturday afternoon, when they're scheduled to face hard-throwing lefty, Gio Gonzalez, who's been pitching lights out all season.

Opposing Gonzalez for the Phillies will be Vance Worley, who's pitched very well this season as well. Worley is 2-1 on the season, while sporting a 1.97 ERA. Expect Worley to regress at some point, however – his FIP is 3.72, indicating he's been the beneficiary of some good luck thus far. Despite his nine strikeouts per nine innings, he still doesn't miss many bats with his low-90s fastball.

First pitch is scheduled for 1:05.
