2012 U.S. Open Leaderboard: Furyk Maintains Lead, Tiger Falters

Jim Furyk, who was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, sat atop the U.S. Open leaderboard after two rounds of play with a score of 1-under. Through 14 holes on Saturday, Furyk has maintained that lead by shooting an even-par round of golf, fending off a group of challengers along the way.

Chief amongst those challengers is Graeme McDowell, who is 1-under through 15 holes and now holds an even-par score. The Swedish-born Fredrick Jacobson has also vaulted himself into contention after posting a 2-under on Saturday. He sits at 1-over overall.

Tiger Woods, meanwhile, has fallen into a tie for fifth place through 14 holes. He is 3-over for the day and +2 in total.
