The 2012 Championships at Wimbledon roll along with the start of the third round Friday. No. 1 seeds Novak Djokovic and Maria Sharapova highlight the day at the All England Club. Meanwhile, the road gets rockier for No. 3 Roger Federer, who faces his first ranked opponent of the tournament in No. 29 Julien Benneteau of France.
Live coverage moves from ESPN2 to ESPN from 7a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. ESPN3 will also carry the broadcast, though those without a subscription can check out the action on the official site of the tournament.
Djokovic will take on No. 28 Radek Stepanek of the Czech Republic to start the day at 8 a.m. ET on Centre Court. Federer will take the court two matches later. Sharapova will face Tapei's Su-Wei Hsieh after Sam Querrey and Milos Raonic finish the continuation of their second round match on Court No. 1.
