Before the 2012 Belmont Stakes is set to begin at 6:40 PM EST on NBC, NBC Sports has horse racing fans covered with a variety of undercards, including: The True North Handicap, Just A Game, Woody Stephens and the Manhattan Handicap.
Caixa Electronica won the True North Handicap in the final hundred yards, which was followed by Just A Game.
Tapitsfly went on to win Just A Game – the horse's first career Grade One victory. Racing out of the one position win paid $8.40. Trained by Dale Rimors, the horse finished the one mile in just over a minute and 32 seconds.
Finishing behind Tapitsfly were Winter Memories, in second, and Hungry Island, in third.
