Phillies Vs. Orioles Final Score: Philadelphia Loses in Extra Innings, 6-4

The Phillies were unable to close out the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday in the second game of their interleague series at Camden Yards, falling in extra innings by a score of 6-4.

Vance Worley threw 93 pitches in six innings, allowing three runs (one earned) in the loss. It was his second start since coming off the DL. Shortstop Jimmy Rollins hit his fourth home run of the season but finished 1-6 on the day, lowering his average to .244. Jim Thome also went deep for the Phillies and contributed an RBI single in the bottom of the eighth that tied the game up at 4-4.

The score remained at 4-4 until the bottom of the 12th inning, when Philadelphia relief pitcher B.J. Rosenberg gave up a two-run homer to center fielder Adam Jones.

The Phillies (29-32) will take to the field again on Sunday at 1:35 p.m. in their third and final interleague battle against the Orioles (33-26).
