2012 PGA Championship Scores: Tiger Woods Tied For First After Second Round

Round 2 of the 2012 PGA Championship concluded Friday with Tiger Woods in a three way tie for first place, sitting at the top of the leaderboard with Vijay Singh and Carl Pettersson. West Chester, Penn. native Jim Furyk was 5-over on the day and slid 12 places in the rankings to settle in a tie for 57th.

Singh shot the low round of the day, moving in to first with a 3-under 69. Woods failed to improve on Thursday's 3-under, shooting just 1-under par. That was still good enough to move him into first, where the man who had opened the day in possession of the lead was struggling. Pettersson was 6-under after Thursday's 64, but a 2-over 74 left him sharing the lead with Woods and Singh.

Furyk is likely to make the cut, so he'll have a chance to improve his standing as the weekend continues. For a live leaderboard, head over to Golf.com.
