Phillies Vs. Cardinals Preview: Game Time, TV, Probable Pitchers

The Philadelphia Phillies face the St. Louis Cardinals Saturday night, hoping to build on their 3-1 victory in Game 1 of the three game series. Cliff Lee (2-6 3.78 ERA) will take the mound for Philadelphia, facing Jake Westbrook (11-8, 3.76 ERA) on the hill for St. Louis.

Lee will be looking for his second win in three starts after struggling in his last start. He got a no-decision in a 5-4 Philly loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks, pitching eight innings and giving up four runs on eight hits, including three home runs. He'll aim more for his performance in the start prior to that one, where he showed signs of the form that has eluded him this season, pitching seven scoreless innings while striking out seven in an 8-0 Philadelphia victory.

The Phillies should be able to offer him plenty of support. They last faced Westbrook on May 24, taking him for six runs in only 3 2/3 innings.
