Rory McIlroy took sole control of the lead at the PGA Championship when third round action resumed on Sunday. By contrast, Vijay Singh, who was tied with McIlroy for the lead when play was suspended on Saturday, fell down to sixth on the leaderboard due to a rough finish to the third round. He's currently tied for sixth place with a 2-under par score of 214.
And while on the subject of falling down, Tiger Woods had his worst round yet in the third round with a score of 74. He's actually regressed each day, so if that's any indication of what's to come on Sunday (what used to be his best day), then it doesn't look good for Woods finally winning that elusive 15th major.
