The 2012 Barclays Leaderboard: Sergio Garcia, Nick Watney Tied For Lead

Sergio Garcia and Nick Watney are tied for the lead after two days at the 2012 Barclays in Farmingdale, N.Y. Garcia shot a 3-under 68 while Watney went for a 2-under 69 on Friday, putting them both at 8-under after 36 holes. Vijay Singh and Bob Estes are both one shot off the lead as they made a charge, shooting 67 and 66 respectively.

Tiger Woods battled through apparent back pain to shoot a 2-under 69 and stay within striking distance at 5-under and a tie for 8th. Rory McIlroy was not as successful. He finished with a 73 on the day and is right at the cut line of even for the tournament.

The Barclays is part of the FedEx Cup, the PGA's playoff to end the season. Tiger Woods led those standings coming into The Barclays and looks to be in position to extend his lead headed into the weekend.
