Eagles Vs. Browns Final Score: Philadelphia Romps Over Browns, 27-10

The Philadelphia Eagles were missing quarterback Michael Vick, but they still rolled to an easy 27-10 win over the Cleveland Browns on the road on Friday night.

Leading the way was backup quarterback Nick Foles, who had another strong outing. Foles had an interception, but he was 12-19 for 146 yards on the night and added touchdown passes to tight end Brent Celek and running back Dion Lewis. Eagles' star Lesean McCoy had a quiet night, with only one carry for negative yards, and one reception for 11 yards.

For Cleveland, Colt McCoy was impressive in relief of starter Brandon Weeden. McCoy was 7-9 for 74 yards and a touchdown in relief of Weeden, who was 9-20 for 117 yards.
