Philadelphia Eagles Have 4 More Roster Cuts To Make

The Philadelphia Eagles and the other 31 teams in the NFL have until 4 p.m. ET on Monday to shave four players from their rosters, cutting down to 75 members.

The writers over at Bleeding Green Nation have put together a projection of who they feel will be axed. Their prediction is that the players will come from the following list:

TE Chase Ford, WR Jamel Hamler, OT D.J. Jones, DT Ollie Obgu, G/C Dallas Reynolds, LB Monte Simmons, CB Trevard Lindley.

They feel that the rookies on that list will have a better shot of making the team, since they'll be given the benefit of the doubt due to their inexperience and their expected level of contribution.

Bleeding Green does feel that the real challenge for Andy Reid and his staff will come with cutting the roster from 70 to 53 by the conclusion of the preseason.
