The Eagles and Angry Birds maker Rovio announced a strategic partnership earlier this summer and now, we see the result. Rovio has announced that they will debut an Eagles-themed Angry Birds on Facebook this football season. The game, which can be played for free at facebook.com/philadelphiaeagles, will release a new level prior to every week of the upcoming football season.
↵They'll also be hosting a live event to kickoff the 2012 season in Philadelphia.
↵↵↵In conjunction with the launch of the Facebook game, the Eagles will be hosting a Back to Football event at Love Park in Philadelphia on September 4th that will include players, cheerleaders, SWOOP, and a real life version of the Angry Birds game, inspired by K'NEX. The event is free and open to the public.

Rovio released a youtube video that previews some of the levels in the game as well as the new "mighty Philadelphia Eagle" character.
