Dennis Veteri Pleads Guilty To Assaults On Rangers Fans After Winter Classic

Dennis Veteri, one of three men responsible for beating up two New York Rangers fans following the Winter Classic in January, has pleaded guilty to simple assault, aggravated assault and conspiracy.

The incident took place in front of Geno's Steaks back in January, where two Rangers fans were beat up by three Flyers fans -- for whatever reason.

In return for the guilty plea, the District Attorney dropped further charges on assault, aggravated assault, conspiracy and recklessly endangering another person.

While it's good that Veteri will be punished for this crime, two other men were involved in the beating but have yet to be brought to justice. If you have any further information, contact South Detectives at 215-686-3013. We'll keep you posted on this story in late October when Veteri learns his fate.

With the two other perpetrators at large, it's imperative that justice eventually be brought to them as well.
