Ravens Vs. Eagles Final Score: Philadelphia Wins, 24-23

The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Baltimore Ravens, 24-23, on Sunday in thrilling fashion.

After falling behind, 23-17, in the fourth quarter on a pair of Justin Tucker field goals, the Eagles took over with 4:43 left to play. Led by quarterback Michael Vick, the Eagles stormed down the field on a 10-play, 63-yard drive that ended in a one-yard touchdown run by Vick to put the Eagles ahead, 24-23.

Vick ended the game completing 23-of-32 passes for 371 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions. The Eagles were able to find their rhythm on the ground against the Ravens, with LeSean McCoy rushing for 81 yards on 25 carries and a touchdown.

Ravens running back Ray Rice was able to slug out 99 yards on the ground on 16 carries. Quarterback Joe Flacco threw for 232 yards on 22-of-42 passing.
