Michael Vick Nominated For 'Never Say Never Moment' Award

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has been nominated for the NFL's "Never Say Never" Moment of the Week. Vick is being rewarded for his Week 3 effort that helped the Eagles defeat the Baltimore Ravens, 24-23, at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday.

Vick, who finished the game 23-for-32 for 371 passing yard and two touchdowns (one passing and one rushing), scored the game-winning touchdown with 1 minute, 55 seconds left. The score capped a 10-play, 80-yard drive that started with just under five minutes left to play.

The march helped the Eagles earn its second straight one-point victory, a feat never before accomplished by an NFL team in the first two weeks of the season.

Vick's heroics, however, were a bit overshadowed by him throwing two interceptions and being charged with a fumble after rookie running back Bryce Brown botched a handoff earlier in the game.
