The biggest news of the day is that the Philadelphia Eagles are expected to bring Michael Vick back for another year. This makes it that much easier for mock drafts to expect them to address their porous offensive line.

SB Nation's Dan Kadar and Matthew Fairburn released a joint mock draft on Monday. In it, they have the Eagles selecting Central Michigan offensive tackle Eric Fisher with the fourth overall pick:
Fisher's rise up NFL Draft boards is one of the bigger stories of the offseason. Once a fringe first-round pick, Fisher is now firmly entrenched inside the top 10. The Eagles gave up Demetress Bell last week and it may not be wise to rely on Jason Peters coming back healthy. Fisher fits Chip Kelly's offense, which requires offensive linemen to have good stamina and movement skills.
If Vick is indeed the starter in 2013, keeping him upright should be a top priority. It's going to be interesting to see how Chip Kelly builds the team in his image over the offseason.
