Penn State Vs. Wisconsin: Nittany Lions Trail 28-7 At Halftime

After one half of football it does not look good for the Penn State Nittany Lions. They scored the game's first touchdown to take a 7-0 lead on Wisconsin in a game to crown the winner of the Big Ten's Leaders Division, but Wisconsin has answered with 28 unanswered and enters halftime with a 21 point lead.

The Badgers have dominated the game in every facet thus far. They've out-gained the Nittany Lions 278 to 111, had the ball for 22 minutes to Penn State's eight, are 7-9 on third downs to Penn State's 1-5, and are winning the turnover battle two to nothing.

Quarterback Matthew McGloin has completed five of ten passes for 70 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Running back Silas Redd has just 28 yards on six carries.

The second half of the game can be seen on ESPN. Penn State will receive the kickoff to begin the third quarter.
