Penn State Vs. Wisconsin: Nittany Lions Trail 42-7 After Three

The Penn State Nittany Lions are being absolutely manhandled by the Wisconsin Badgers today, and it looks very likely that they will finish the season 9-3 overall and 6-2 in the Big Ten. Meanwhile, Wisconsin will be crowed the winner of the Big Ten's Leaders Division and face off against the Michigan State Spartans, in a re-match from week seven.

Penn State struck first, taking a seven-nothing lead six minutes into the game, but Wisconsin has answered with 42 unanswered and lead 42-7 after three. Penn State is being out-gained 423 to 183. The Nittany Lions are two for nine on third downs and have four turnovers, to the Badgers zero. Penn State also has seven penalties for 48 yards and have only had the ball for a total of 15 of the 45 minutes played thus far.

The remainder of the game can be seen on ESPN. Wisconsin will start the third quarter with the football.
