Penn State Vs. Wisconsin: Nittany Lions Lose 45-7

With today's beatdown at the hand of the Badgers the Nittany Lions fell to 9-3 on the season and ended all hope for a shot at the Big 10 title. The winner of today's game was crowned the champion of the Big Ten's Leaders Division and rewarded a spot in the Big 10 title game against the Michigan State Spartans.

Penn State's season has been an interesting one to say the least – one filled with scandals and the departure of  long-time head coach, Joe Paterno. At the time of the scandal Penn State was 8-1, but finished the season 1-2. They lost 17-14 to Nebraska immediately following the controversy, defeated Ohio State by six the next week, and got blown out by Wisconsin to end the regular season.

The Nittany Lions struck first today, taking a 7-0 with six minutes gone by in the first quarter. From that moment on Wisconsin scored 45 unanswered and dominated Penn State in every way imaginable.

Now we just wait and see what Bowl Game the Nittany Lions will play in.
