The Penn State men's basketball team will try to start its first winning streak of the season Wednesday night when it hosts Boston College.
The Nittany Lions head into action with a 3-2 record. They have not won or lost back-to-back games at all this season. Penn State is coming off a 60-57 win over Bucknell on Friday.
Boston College is 2-4 this season. The Eagles fell to Bryant, 56-54, on Sunday.
Guard Tim Frazier is the Nittany Lions' leading scorer this season. The senior is averaging 16.3 points and 3.8 assists per game. D.J. Newbill has helped the offense with 13.6 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Forward Ross Travis leads the team with 6.6 rebounds per game.
The Eagles are led by forward Ryan Anderson, who's averaging 15.8 points per game. The sophomore out of California also averages 10.4 rebounds per game, which is the best mark on the team.
Tipoff is set for 9:15 p.m. ET.
