2012 NFL Mock Draft: Philadelphia Eagles Linked To Luke Kuechly

in SB Nation's latest NFL Mock Draft, Ryan Van Bibber has the Philadelphia Eagles drafting inside linebacker Luke Kuechly with their first pick.

Kuechly has been linked to the Eagles by many analysts. He's an ideal fit for the Eagles 3-4 defensive scheme and may very well be there at the No. 15 pick.

Philly desperately needs some defensive help, and a man like Kuechly could go a long way towards solidifying the linebacker core. At Boston College, Kuechly was a tackling machine, totaling 191 last year. Nobody was within 40 tackles of him nationally for the lead by season's end.

The Eagles could look for help along the offensive line also after seeing Michael Vick on his back way too often. With the amount of money invested in Vick, it wouldn't be shocking to see Andy Reid and co. add a piece or two up front.

We'll all find out soon enough, with the NFL Draft rapidly approaching on April 26th.
