The Philadelphia 76ers are coming off their worst loss of the season, falling in overtime to Deron Williams and the lowly New Jersey Nets at the Wells Fargo Center. Sixers fans have become accustomed to the young and fiery Sixers blowing out inferior opponents, but they lost a game they shouldn't have against the Nets. Fortunately they have an opportunity to redeem themselves tonight against the worst team in the NBA, the Charlotte Bobcats.
The Bobcats are 3-16 overall and 1-9 on the road this season. Understandably, the worst team in the league isn't a very talented bunch, but are also handcuffed by a few significant injuries. Point guard, D.J. Augustin and guards, Corey Maggette and Reggie Williams will miss tonight's game.
Statistically, the Bobcats rank in the bottom 20 in every phase of the game except turnover rate, assist rate and bench points.
