NBA scores: 76ers stand 1.5 games back of Nets and Knicks after Wednesday

The Philadelphia 76ers are in third place in the Atlantic Division after Wednesday's games. Currently they stand 1.5 games behind the New York Knicks and the Brooklyn Nets in the division.

The Philadelphia 76ers find themselves in third place in the Atlantic Division after Wednesday's games in the NBA. After defeating the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday, 100-98, the Sixers saw themselves land 1.5 games back of the division leading Brooklyn Nets and the New York Knicks based on results on Wednesday.

The Nets defeated fellow Atlantic Division foe the Boston Celtics on Wednesday, 95-83. That loss by the Celtics put them 2.5 games back of the division lead. The Knicks, who lost to the Nets on Monday in overtime, won on Wednesday on the road against the Milwaukee Bucks, 102-88.

Bringing up the rear in the Atlantic Division is the Toronto Raptors who lost two games to start the week, one to the Houston Rockets on Tuesday, 117-101 and the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday, 103-82. Currently they stand eight games back of both the Knicks and the Nets with a record of 3-13.
