The Philadelphia 76ers will try to get above .500 with a pair of tough road games to begin the week. The Sixers head to Texas to face the Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets on back-to-back nights.
Tuesday night's game against Dallas will be a chance for the 12-12 76ers to get back above .500 for the season. Tipoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. On Wednesday night, Philadelphia and Houston will tip off at 8 p.m. ET.
Around the league there are a number of interesting matchups early in the week. Two of the league's top teams meet on Monday night in Oklahoma City, with the Spurs and Thunder going head to head at 8 p.m. in a big Western Conference battle. There are 10 games on the league schedule for Tuesday including San Antonio at Denver out west and Boston at Chicago in the East.
Wednesday's national TV games are highlighted by another New York rivalry game between the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets. The 7 p.m. ET game will be broadcast on ESPN. Following that, the Memphis Grizzlies will host the Milwaukee Bucks at 9:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
TNT will broadcast a Thursday night doubleheader featuring a last season's NBA finalists. Oklahoma City tips off on the road against Minnesota at 7 p.m. and Miami visits Dallas at 9:30.
