The Philadelphia 76ers head to Memphis to take on the Grizzlies on Wednesday at 8:00 pm ET.
The Grizzlies have won five of their last six games and are 12-2 at home this season, which doesn't bode well for a 76ers team that has struggled on the road this season having lost their last six outside of their building.
The Sixers opened their current eight-game road trip with a loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday. It doesn't get any easier with a Grizzlies team that should be playing angry after a no-show against the Houston Rockets on Dec. 22 when they lost 121-96.
The Grizzlies are currently fourth in the Western Conference at 18-7 and sport the second-best scoring defense in the league, allowing only 90.5 points per game. Meanwhile, the Sixers are 13-15 and in ninth place in the Eastern Conference as they trail the Nets and the Boston Celtics for the seventh and eighth spots.
