Sixers Vs. Magic Final Score: 76ers Fall 103-87 To Orlando

The Philadelphia 76ers did something they rarely do this season on Wednesday night; they lost. The Orlando Magic beat the 76ers by a final score of 103-87, thanks in large part to a deadly effectiveness from 3-point range.

Orlando sunk 15 of 25 attempts from 3-point range. The most effective of all was Ryan Anderson, who made seven of his 10 attempts from 3-point range. Anderson finished the evening with 27 points, tops among his teammates. All of Orlando’s starters finished the game in double figures for scoring, the second game in a row they have done so.

Lou Williams led the 76ers with 21 points and seven assists. He also had four rebounds. Andre Iguodala had 15 points and tied Lavoy Allen for a team-best five rebounds.

Philly is now 0-6 when their opponent scores in triple figures.

February has been a tough month for the Sixers. Wednesday’s loss moves them to 5-4 in the second month of the year. They will try to get back on track with a Friday home game against Dallas before starting a four-game road trip on Sunday.
