The Philadelphia 76ers have lost nine consecutive regular season games and are 1-13 in their last 14 games overall, playoffs included, against the Miami Heat. On Friday they hope to snap their losing streak and show they can hang with LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat in front of a national television audience on ESPN.
The Sixers and Heat have met twice this season, with the Heat winning easily both times. The first meeting was on January 21, a 21-point Heat win in Miami. The second meeting was on February 3, when the Heat won by 20 in Philadelphia. The Sixers were without Spencer Hawes in both games, and Evan Turner was on the bench.
On Friday, the Sixers will be at full strength for the first time in a long time, although Hawes' minutes will continue to be limited. Wade and LeBron versus Turner and Iguodala should be a great match-up to watch.
