The Philadelphia 76ers ended a three-game losing streak in Cleveland on Wednesday night. Led by Jrue Holiday, the Sixers beat the Cavaliers by final score of 103-87 to pick up their first win in a week.
Holiday scored 24 points on the night. He was a perfect six-for-six from outside the arc. Andre Iguodala scored 19 points and pulled down 13 rebounds in the win. Elton Brand, Thaddeus Young and Evan Turner also scored in double figures for Philadelphia.
The struggling Cavaliers, who have won just once in their last six games, were led by Samardo Samuels and Lester Hudson who each had 15 points off the bench. Cleveland managed just 33 total rebounds compared to 46 for Philadelphia.
Clinging to the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, the 76ers have just four games left on the schedule, all on the road. On Saturday, they take on a red hot Indiana team, a team that beat them on Tuesday.
