2012 NBA Playoffs, 76ers Vs. Bulls Score: Sixers Trail 28-24 After First Quarter

The Philadelphia 76ers and Chicago Bulls kicked off the 2012 NBA Playoffs on Saturday, in game one of their first round series in Chicago. After one quarter of play the Sixers trail, 28-24.

For much of the first quarter the Bulls looked every bit of the Eastern Conference's number one seed – tenacious defense and efficient offense – but the eight seed Sixers put together a nice run late in the quarter, cutting the final deficit to four.

Elton Brand leads the Sixers in scoring with eight points on six shots, and Thaddeus Young leads the Night Shift with six points off the bench, in only three minutes.

Richard Hamilton is the game's leading scorer with 11.

The remainder of the game can be seen on TNT.
