76ers Vs. Celtics, 2012 NBA Playoff Game 5: Sixers Lead 50-47 At Halftime

The Philadelphia 76ers lead the Boston Celtics, 50-47, at halftime of Game 5 on Monday. The Sixers have shot 54.8 percent from the floor for the half, and have managed to create a 19-15 advantage rebounding. The Celtics shot 48.6 percent, but went 9-for-13 from the free throw line to keep the game tight.

Elton Brand leads the Sixers on the night with 12 points so far. Jrue Holiday had five assists to go with his 10 points, and more importantly just one turnover. Evan Turner is 4-for-8 from the field after going 5-for-22 in Game 4. He and Andre Iguodala have four rebounds apiece. Iguodala provided one of the big highlights of the first half with this coast to coast dunk.

Kevin Garnett continues to be a force for the Celtics. He is 5-for-10 so far to lead all players with 14 points. His four rebounds also lead the Celtics. Ray Allen is just 1-for-4 (1-for-3 from beyond the arc), however. Rajon Rondo already has three turnovers to go with six points and five assists. The Celtics got some unlikely production from Greg Stiemsma, who has eight points in just seven minutes on the floor.
