Joakim Noah Injury Update: Bulls Center Doubtful For Sixers Series With Sprained Ankle

Already without Derrick Rose, it appears the Chicago Bulls will also be without their starting center, Joakim Noah, for the remainder of the team's series with the Phiadelphia 76ers.

From K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune:

Thibodeau confirms no fracture for Noah. Bad ankle sprain. Doubtful for series. #Bulls

Noah turned his ankle on a fast break, remained in the game to shoot free throws, went back to the locker room, then returned again to hit a mid-range jumper. Noah was in visibly pain as he ran up and down the floor and was eventually removed from the game.

Without Rose and Noah, I think the Sixers should be the favorites to win their series. They already own a 2-1 lead and home court advantage.
