Philadelphia 76ers guard Xavier Silas experienced a scare on Friday at the 2012 Orlando Pro Summer League, but he seems to be alright.
Evan Turner tweeted Friday afternoon that he spoke to Silas and that Silas is "good."
The 24-year old Silas had a nasty collision during Philadelphia's game against the Detroit Pistons during which he reportedly suffered a concussion. He was transported to the hospital, and the Sixers feared he might have also suffered a fractured skill.
Silas was cut by the Sixers after 2011 training camp, but was re-signed by the team in April after a D-League stint with the Maine Red Claws. He appeared in two games for the Sixers during the 2011-12 regular season, totaling 11 points, four rebounds and three assists over 39 minutes
