Royal Ivey Signing: Sixers Agree To Terms With Guard, According To Doug Collins

Philadelphia 76ers coach Doug Collins told reporters on Tuesday that the team has agreed to terms with guard Royal Ivey (via Sixers).

Ivey, an eight-year NBA veteran, played with the Sixers from 2008-2010 as a bench player and averaged 2.9 points and one rebound per game in 11.3 minutes per game. Last season, Ivey was with the Oklahoma City Thunder and played 10.4 minutes per game and scored 2.1 points per game. He also averaged 2.2 points per game in five playoff games last season.

Collins also told reporters that center Kwame Brown has passed his physical. The Sixers will be the seventh stop for Brown who was a former No. 1 overall draft pick out of high school in 2001 by the Wizards. Collins coached the Wizards when Brown was drafted.
