2013 NBA standings: 76ers in 3rd place in Atlantic

A weekly update of where the Philadelphia 76ers stand in the Atlantic Division.

The Philadelphia 76ers (15-18) are currently in third place in the Atlantic Division standings and trail the New York Knicks by seven games for the division lead.

Having lost their most recent contest on Wednesday night against the Phoenix Suns (12-21, last place in the Pacific Division) by a final score of 95-89, the team has now lost three of their last four games.

In addition to the Knicks, the Sixers also trail the Brooklyn Nets (17-15) by 2.5 games in the Atlantic. The Nets won their most recent contest against the Oklahoma City Thunder (24-7, first place in the Northwest Division) on Wednesday night and have managed to win three of their last four contests.

The Boston Celtics (14-17) are in fourth place in the Atlantic Division and are in the midst of a four-game losing streak.

The Toronto Raptors (12-20) are in last place but have won their last three games.
