Visit Philly has been doing a great job with these timely sports themed Philadelphia tourism billboards. They did a Phillies playoff one, a recent one for Cliff Lee... and now, DeSean Jackson gets his own. That said, I doubt this is going to motivate many New Yorkers to visit our fair city...
